You can find all of my work on Royal Road now

If you’ve wondered what I’m about, I’m not just a blogger─ I write novels, novellas, and short stories. (when we aren’t adventuring with our stories on Twitter.)When I have time, I record podcasts and audiobooks for all of you as well. Occasionally, I will post my work on here for you to read but I thought it a good idea to post where you can find all of my work!

I’m aiming to become published, (so that I can write and do podcasting for a living) but until I become one of the lucky few to do that, I like to share it with others. It gives me real joy and excitement to create these worlds for all of you.

If you would like to see what I’m about, you can find all of my written work here.

I don’t have all of my work up, but I am working toward getting it ALL slowly uploaded (I have to sort through tons of stuff) but I should have it all up in the next month.

If you’re familiar with my work and you’d love to support it, this is a great site to do it through, or through my Patreon page.

For anyone and everyone that takes time out of their day to read my stories and check out my work, thank you.

Have a wonderful Tuesday

Halloween is Right Around the Corner – I’m releasing an audiobook in celebration!

Place your votes now!

It’s my all-time favorite time of year. Not just because of Halloween, but because it starts the kick off to all the wonderful holidays. There’s nothing like fall to winter─ all the beautiful colors, the crisp air and a time to enjoy family and food. My next special will be decided by a vote from all of you.

I’m polling on Twitter right now so you can pick:

  1.  the basis of the spooky (ghosts, witches, vamps, etc)
  2.  the storyline!

Once everyone votes on what they would like to hear, and the setting of the story, I’ll record my tale on post it on here!

I can’t wait to see what all of you choose.

Creating a new food blog

So after several weeks of mulling it over (let’s be honest, more like 3 days) I thought about how it could be confusing to have this as a writing blog and a food blog. It sort of confuses people that come here for one or the other.

I think it best to separate the two so that we keep it simple. I adore writing and I do it almost every day when I can. My food blog will probably not be as updated as this one is, however, I will try to update it once a week at the very least with my creations.

For those wondering why I choose keto recipes, mine isn’t entirely because I want to be thin (although that is a huge bonus). I also do this because I’m allergic to gluten.

And while there are tons of gluten free options, my body just gets extra sluggish when I have too much sugar, or rice/pasta/etc and I don’t like how it makes me feel.

But oh how I miss those things! Thankfully, much like everyone else, I’m discovering that the keto diet is extremely versatile and super creative. I’m always on the lookout for ways to enjoy more and more types of foods. Let’s face it, you can’t live off of eggs and cheese forever.

I had heard so many people rave over the chaffle. I’m going to have to test and experiment more with this one, because you know what I tasted when I bit into it this morning? Egg and cheese with sugar and cinnamon in it. Which is what it is made out of.

I’m not entirely convinced of it just yet and may need to make a few more before I decide I’m definitely against it. I will say that I enjoyed the texture, it’s not exactly like a waffle, but it was firm enough that it wasn’t unpleasant.

I don’t know you guys, maybe I just have a sensitive palate. I’ll try to give it another shot though. As for the new website, I’m going to link it on here as soon as I finish it.

So what can you expect from this website?

Writing, podcasts, and audiostories. So, you know the usual things that we do. Happy Thursday guys. The weekend is almost here.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day – How can virtual assistants help with mental health?

Hey guys~

I thought I would give a quick update for the next month to follow. I’ll be continuing the show Grey Space as well as my next audiobook. They both will be released on the same channel so you won’t miss them! This next episode of Grey Space will be released on Sunday, March 24th. This episode covers: Alexa and Google. Can virtual assistants help save lives? Let’s take a closer look at the future of mental health!

What do you think? Are you welcoming the AI and human interaction or vaguely skeptical?

For my next audiobook (you can find them all here or on my GooglePlay channel through Google Podcasts.) I’d like to have it completely done by April and released. If you’re a fan of Sci-Fi or fantasy (and dark fantasy) you will love these! All of my content, for the time being, is free.

I’ve been working toward my next book, which will be sent to potential publishers this year! I’ve grown a little tired of writing tons of horror, so I’m actually really getting into the sci-fi scene lately. Horror will always have a special place for me, and I’ll never completely get rid of it, or stop writing it, but for now, it will take a backseat. 😉 Take care, happy Sunday. 😀

Latest Fortnite Tutorial is Up and Updates!

Be sure to subscribe for more videos like these!

You can catch me live on Twitch Tuesday – Sunday from 12:00 p.m. – 7 p.m. CST. here. The only change in schedule will happen every other weekend and those days will be added to my calendar under the event’s panels on my page. (they happen from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. instead)

Also in the pipeline is Vengeance part 3 (the conclusion to the first 2. They can be found here.)

So what’s coming next?

Well, my friends, we are going to have a live podcast with all of you about Japanese vs. American urban legends and mythos. You all voted, and I’m delivering. Be prepared for a fun day of spooky and odd stories for our When East Meets West segments this year. You can find previous podcasts here. I typically do a few podcasts a year over the supernatural, East vs. West culture, and mythos. Namely, things that go bump in the night and some odd affairs that none of us think about in our day-to-day lives.

I plan on organizing a live audiobook reading but haven’t gotten all of that ready just yet, so I’ll spare you the details. 😉 Just know I’m planning a few special live events this year.

If you are a writer or a new writer, you may want to check out my Wednesday lunch podcast covering Writer Workshops every Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. This coming Wednesday is how to become self-published and steps to take to prepare and be a success. If you would rather catch them after the fact, I also place them on YouTube later that day or the following day.

We finally finished The Evil Within 2 and now it’s time to move forward! Next on my list is NieR Automata. I know I’m late to the game, but man I am so hyped about this. I try and dedicate at least one game as an alternative to Fortnite PvE (Save the World). I play this mostly all week (and during my off time, let’s be honest) but I love many different games, especially ones with decent stories) and this one has really caught my eye. I’ll be starting this coming Sunday at 12:00 p.m. CST. Come hang out and let’s play it together.

Patreon Perks, Updates, and Company Building

Hello all! We are already in March (holy hell!) And I am working toward finishing the last part of Vengeance (my latest audiobook) You can find the others here.

My past audiobooks are completely free so that all of you can sample my work. However, starting this year I’m going to have to start charging for them as each piece can take upwards of 8-24 hours to make, depending on the sound effects. I wish I could keep releasing them for free, but something has got to give! I’m about to start a section in my Patreon specifically for audiobooks.

I’ll be posting all my podcasts for free as per usual and this next episode we took a vote and decided that my When East Meets West podcast would cover Japanese vs. American horror films. As most of you know, I have a real affinity for the dark side. You’ll find it in all of my writing.  Spring is in the air, which means I love to talk about the supernatural. hehe :3

Hell’s Gate is currently under revision and will have it all released together this year along with an art book. You can get the Kindle edition for free if you have Kindle unlimited. The first book (book 1) that I linked is 100% edited and done. Book 2 needs professional edits as I later discovered. Since I have a day job that I am currently only working part-time, I would like to finish this earlier than later so that I may continue to get more work out to all of you.

If you like my style and want more even if it’s just a dollar a month it helps! And, you’ll get it before anyone else.

I just recently opened up a story that will be included with Hell’s Gate and it’s a companion to the Hell’s Gate Series. The story of the Weaver and the Cowherd. You can see samples of it on my Patreon here.

Big things coming this year, as I further develop the company. Including our stream mini-series work (details to come later after we plan it all out) and of course more audiobooks, podcasts, and novels.

I’m only one person, and soon there will be more helpers but for now, it’s all me. That’s where all of you come in to help me in a big way.

With these funds, I can provide more content and have to do less of the backend work myself. For example, I currently do all of the social media, graphic design, illustration, marketing, on top of all of the content and writing/directing.

I don’t mind the work, but it is seriously dragging down my release dates. Thankfully, I am employing a few people this year that can help and getting our business proposal underway. I would love to finish out both Hell’s Gate and get my Sci-Fi novel released this year as well.

I don’t often like to post this because it seems like everyone is doing this that is an artist. With good reason, but it can get a little overwhelming for people to decide who to support. That’s why I offer so much of my work for free so that you can get a feel for my style, and hear the quality for yourself.

All that being said, thank you for taking the time to read this and hear me out. Any and all support goes directly to me and building my stories, illustrations, and writing to all of you. Thank you to all of my fellow supporters, artists, and a big hug to all the other struggling artists out there.

Take care and happy St. Patrick’s Day to all of you.

Twitch Creative Streams and Updates

Every month, I’d like to start adding a poll so that you guys can vote on what you would like to see for my Twitch creative. You can find my polls on my Twitter account. I’ll try to keep the poll open for a few days so people have time to get in their say!

My Twitch gaming schedule is every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. CST and I have my other days sprinkled through when I can. Sunday’s, however, are set in stone and you can catch me each week on this day!

Just to let you all know, you can find my previous year’s audiobooks right here on my website, or on Soundcloud or YouTube. Those will be starting back up this year, along with my occasional Podcasts between conventions. I’m excited to announce that I will be attending a few conventions this year, and will be posting a schedule soon!

If you are a fan of my books, you can follow me on Amazon to catch updates as I release them each year. My sci-fi book is due for release sometime this year, and my book 3 in the Hell’s Gate Series is TBD. (updates coming soon)

Every once in a while, I just like to make these reminder posts for people that may have an interest in checking out my work stuffesses. 🙂

Btw, you can vote now on Twitter for my next creative stream!

Next up, is my keto recipe for keto cornbread stuffing! Have a great day, guys!
